Travelogue #27: "the full Barcelona experience"
Barcelona went a bit like this:
Museums, churches, endless amazement induced by the man known as Gaudi.
The sea on one side, mountains on the other.
Soaking in the sunshine and enjoying the cool, crisp air of a Spanish December.
Meeting friend’s brother, and making friends with strangers.
We drank cheap wine, ate rounds of tapas, and headed out for late night ice creams.
We said our goodbyes on the roof of Casa Batllo. We panicked over stolen passports and laughed bitterly about the “the full Barcelona experience”.
In the end, these are the memories you take away with you forever.
